You may sometimes notice that the status of a particular action for a domain name is displayed as Order Locked in Processing.
This message could be displayed due to one of the following reasons:
Connection to the concerned Registry could not be established
Insufficient Funds. In this case, the Current Action details view will display the Reason as Reseller has insufficient funds on [Timestamp].Additional Information
In cases like Transfer and Restoration, the iTrueCloud system is expecting a response from the Registry.
Once the above mentioned conditions are fulfilled, these actions are automatically completed asynchronously by the system.
