Depending on the Transfer status, following are the methods to cancel the Transfer Order (except for a .EU domain name):
If the Order status is: Transfer waiting for Losing Registrar Approval
In this status, you have already approved the email from the iTrueCloud. However, you have not received/responded to the email from the Current Registrar.
Following are the steps to cancel the Transfer:
Login to your Control Panel. See details
Search for the domain name for which you placed the Transfer request and proceed to the Order Details view. See details
In the Order Details view, click the Current Actions button under the Actions drop-down menu.
In this list, click the action whose Status displays Transfer waiting for Losing Registrar Approval and then click Cancel.
On cancelling the Transfer from the Control Panel, the funds for the same would be available back in your Debit Account. In case you do not receive the funds, contact our Support Team at [email protected].
